Yoga Classes
Our foundational yoga class emphasizes body alignment, mindful movement, and breath work. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, the class offers a supportive space to deepen your awareness and refine your technique. Sweat & Stretch Classes
This class combines dynamic movement and mindful recovery. The first half focuses on building strength, balance, and body awareness through controlled exercises. The second half focuses on restorative stretches and mindfulness to release tension and promote flexibility.
Strength Circuit Training Classes
Build total-body strength with free weights, resistance tools, and bodyweight exercises. Focuses on functional movements, proper form, and safe progression in a supportive, welcoming environment.
